AGREEMENT

By using All Alphas, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Safety Disclaimer and our Community Guidelines. You must be 18 or older and legally allowed to own and use firearms where you live.

THE APP

All Alphas is a training log and timer. Times, scores and hit factors are only as accurate as your device, your shot timer and the information you enter. They aren’t official match results. The app doesn’t teach firearm safety and is no substitute for qualified instruction, range rules or the law.

ACCOUNTS

An account is optional. If you create one, keep your sign-in secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it any time in Profile → Account. We may suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason.

ALL ALPHAS PRO

Pro is a subscription billed to your Apple ID, monthly or yearly. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

If a free trial is offered and you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the paid subscription starts. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy; if a price changes, Apple tells you first.

When Pro ends, nothing on your phone is deleted. Items over the free limits become view-only (firearms and teams first get a 90-day grace period). Cloud sync stops; your cloud copy is kept for 90 days, then deleted. Lifetime Pro we give to some people has no end date; we may remove it if the account breaks these terms. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it in Settings as well.

COMMUNITY CONDUCT

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Don’t post anything illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or unsafe. Don’t impersonate anyone. Don’t use the app to organize the sale of any item. Our Community Guidelines explain these rules in more detail.

You can report content and block people from the ⋯ menu or by long-pressing; blocking takes effect immediately. We review reports and may remove content, hide team names, and suspend or close accounts, with or without notice.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a license to store, display and send it to the people you share it with, only to run the app. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies others already saved (for example, a drill a friend imported).

NO WARRANTY; LIMITS

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. You’re responsible for how you train and for following range rules and the law. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for injury, loss or damage from shooting, training or using the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

APPLE

These terms are between you and VanLi Labs LLC (doing business as All Alphas), not Apple. Your license to use the app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement; these terms add to it. Apple has no responsibility for the app or for supporting it, and isn’t responsible for claims about the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

CHANGES & LAW

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new date here and tell you in the app if the change is significant. These terms are governed by the laws of Kansas, USA. Contact: support@allalphas.com
